The Project Process
Initial Contact
A freelance agent is assigned and the client disccusses what is desired in the project.
Budget & Project Details
A quote of the project is offered by the designer to fit within the client's budget. Deadlines are also discussed. After discussing project details, a freelance contract is drafted. This contract will have all contact, project and payment details, along with stages of progress in the project.
Contract & Start of Project Work
The client and designer agree on a final draft of the contract and sign electronically or in person. A deposit may be required of up to 20% of the project, at the designer's request. Work on the project begins, and regular updates via email are made.
Revisions & Completion
After revising work, the client and designer agree upon the project's completion. An invoice is then sent to the client, along with master files of the project. If it is a physical product, the item is shipped or handed-off to the client.
